Chandigarh Sweets began its journey in 1992 with a simple yet powerful vision, to bring scale, hygiene, and reliability to India’s traditional sweets and savouries industry. What started as a family-driven passion for authentic Indian flavours soon grew into a structured business, officially incorporating as Chandigarh Sweets Limited (CSL) in 2004. With its base in Chandigarh’s Industrial Area Phase-1, the company laid down strong foundations for blending age-old recipes with modern technology.
From the very beginning, the mission was clear: to preserve the taste and nostalgia of traditional mithai while delivering it in a way that matched contemporary standards of quality, consistency, and reach. By introducing automation and scientific processes, CSL was able to not only improve shelf life and maintain purity but also expand its offerings beyond local shops into larger national and global markets.
